REGISTRATION/BOX OFFICE

There is no on-site registration.  All materials will be mailed to you.  If your tickets are held at will call they will be available to pick up as follows:

Bridgestone Arena Box Office (501 Broadway)
  • Wednesday, June 3 – Saturday, June 6  10 AM - 4 PM
  • Sunday, June 7: 12 PM – 4 PM
Nissan Stadium Box Office (Near Gate 1)
  • Thursday, June 4 – Sunday, June 7:    5 PM – 9 PM
Fan Fair X ticket sales only (Box Office Hours) - Music City Center (Level 2)
  • Wednesday June 3:  9:30 AM - 5 PM
  • Thursday, June 4 – Saturday, June 6: 9:30 AM - 6 PM
  • Sunday, June 7: 9:30 AM - 4 PM

AUTOGRAPH SIGNINGS / MEET AND GREETS PROCESS 

The majority of meet and greets take place inside Fan Fair X located on the 3rd level of the Music City Center.  To enter Fan Fair X you must have a 4-day Stadium Pass or purchase admission ($10 per day or $25 for all days).

The Ultimate Fan Experience Drawing/Lottery has been discontinued this year! There is no need to register or sign up in advance! All you have to do is get in line once inside. 

FAN PHOTO LINES

Due to increased safety measures, fan photo lines at Nissan Stadium and the Riverfront Stage have been discontinued.

Information Stations are located on the corner of 5th Ave & Demonbreun, inside the main doors of the Music City Center, and outside of the Riverfront stage entrance.

RE-ENTRY/INS & OUTS

Re-Entry is ALLOWED: at Fan Fair X inside the Music City Center.
Re-Entry is PROHIBITED: at Nissan Stadium 

All other official festival areas are non-ticketed and you may come and go as you please!

PROHIBITED ITEMS

Please pay close attention to the list of prohibited items below to ensure a smooth experience while attending the Festival.

  • Adhesive-backed decals, stickers, bumper stickers, etc.
  • Aerosol containers of any kind, including aerosol sunscreen. (Lotion sunscreen is recommended and is permitted in containers 8oz or smaller. Sunscreen is available at first aid tents located at Riverfront Park and Walk of Fame Park.)
  • Animals (canine and miniature horse service animals are permitted to assist guests with disabilities; comfort animals are not permitted)
  • Bags that do not conform to the bag policy (see full policy below).
  • Balls (beach balls, footballs, balloons, etc.)
  • Bikes
  • Cameras with a detachable lens
  • Camera attachments, tripods, monopods, selfie sticks, etc.
  • Chairs of any kind
  • Coolers, stainless steel or glass containers/canisters
  • Drones
  • Drugs or drug paraphernalia
  • E-Cigarette refill cartridges
  • Firearms, knives, other weapons or dangerous devices of any kind
  • Fireworks
  • Flags
  • Frisbees and projectiles
  • Hammocks
  • Helium balloons
  • Hydration packs
  • Infant car seat carriers or strollers at nighttime venues (Nissan Stadium & Ascend Amphitheater)
  • Inflatables of any kind
  • Laser pointers
  • Lights (LED lights, any battery-operated lights, etc.)
  • Noisemakers (boomboxes, horns, megaphones, whistles, or other noisemakers which disrupt event production)
  • Non-Aerosol containers larger than 8oz
  • Outside alcohol
  • Outside food and beverages
  • Poles, selfie sticks, and/or sticks of any kind
  • Scooters, including shared urban mobility devices
  • Seat cushions
  • Signs on poles or sticks
  • Skateboards, rollerblades or hoverboards
  • Umbrellas and other objects that obstruct another patron’s view
  • Video, audio and/or recording devices (including GoPros)
  • Wagons or pull-carts
  • Walkie-talkies
  • Other items deemed disruptive or dangerous at the discretion of Event Management
Smoking at Nissan Stadium

Nissan Stadium has a “NO SMOKING POLICY” in the seating, Suite and Club areas. The stadium has provided areas for smokers on the ramps located at each corner of Nissan Stadium. In addition to the ramps, Club patrons may use the special Club verandas located at Section 303 on the West side and at Section 326 on the East side. Smoking policies are subject to applicable law. Smoking is prohibited at the South end and below the South scoreboard.

STORAGE LOCATIONS

Riverfront Park: Located north of Riverfront Park between 1st Avenue and the Cumberland River. This location will be open during the day from 8 AM to 7 PM each day of CMA Fest.  Storing your items at this location will be at a fee of $10 (or $20 for oversized items), payable via cash or card. Prices subject to change.

All items must be picked up from this location by 7 PM each day. If they are left behind, you can retrieve your items the following day, except on Monday.  Any items left after Sunday will be held and the owner will be contacted to make arrangement to collect at a later time. Additional fees may be charged for late pick ups. Any items that have to be shipped will be shipped at owner’s expense.

Nissan Stadium: Storage lockers will be located on the South end of the Stadium at the base of the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge and the North end of the Stadium across from the ticket office on Russell Street.

Both locations will be available from 4 PM until 1 hour after the stadium show for a fee of $10 (or $20 for oversized items), payable via cash or card. Prices subject to change.

All items must be picked up from this location by one hour after the Nissan Stadium show ends. If they are left behind, you can retrieve your items the following day, except on Monday. Any items left after Sunday will be held and the owner will be contacted to make arrangement to collect at a later time. Additional fees may be charged for late pick ups. NOTE: All other areas/stages of CMA Fest do NOT have check-in services or storage available.

NFL BAG POLICY IN EFFECT FOR ALL VENUES!!!

All bags that are larger than 4.5"x 6.5" must be CLEAR and smaller than 12″x 6″x 12″

CMA Fest follows a clear bag policy at all official festival locations.

ALLOWED BAGS: Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 12” x 6” are allowed. All styles of clear bags are acceptable as long as they are 12″ x 12″ x 6″ or smaller – this includes clear backsacks, clear diaper bags, fanny packs, gallon Ziploc bags, etc. In addition to a clear bag, a small clutch bag or wallet 4.5” x 6.5” or smaller is allowed. One approved size clear bag and one approved size small clutch is allowed per person.

PROHIBITED BAGS: Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: non-clear bags of any kind (including mesh, tinted plastic and clear bags with a printed pattern), clear bags larger than 12” x 12” x 6”, coolers and seat cushions.

CMA Music Festival reserves the right to refuse admittance (without refund of admission) to ticket holders who refuse to allow inspection of their purse/package when entering each venue.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Food and beverages are available at multiple locations through CMA Fest, including Eats ‘N’ Beats, located on Fifth Avenue South between Music City Center and the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and Eats ‘N’ Beats Two, located north of Riverfront Park, and at Fan Fair X inside Music City Center.

Prices for food & beverage sold at food trucks, Music City Center, Bridgestone Arena, Nissan Stadium and Ascend Amphitheater are determined by those venues.

STAYING HYDRATED AT CMA FEST

Official CMA Fest water vendors will sell water bottles for $2 throughout CMA Fest at outdoor daytime areas. Free water refill locations located at:
  • On Broadway between First Avenue and Second Avenue
  • On Broadway between Second Avenue and Third Avenue
  • On Broadway between Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue
  • Riverfront Park (near the main entrance at the intersection of Broadway and First Avenue
  • Walk of Fame Park
  • Nissan Stadium: Main Level Sections: 114, 115, 117, 118, 123, 125, 129, 130, 132, 133, 137, 138, 140 and 141; Club Level Sections: 210, 215, 232 and 237;  Upper Level Sections: 305, 306, 307, 310, 312, 314, 315, 317, 318, 319, 328, 329, 330, 332, 333, 335, 337, 340, 341 and 342.
Allowable Plastic Water Bottle Guidelines

At outdoor, daytime stages (Riverfront Stage, Forever Country Stage, Breakout Stage and Broadway Stage) and Fan Fair X in Music City Center, patrons may bring:
  • One (1) factory-sealed clear plastic bottle of water that is 16oz or less  OR
  • One (1) empty clear plastic container/canister that is 16oz or less to fill at water refill stations
At Nissan Stadium, patrons may bring:
  • One (1) empty disposable clear soft plastic bottle that is 16oz or less that can be filled at water fountains in the stadium.
At Ascend Amphitheater, patrons may bring:
  • One (1) factory-sealed clear plastic bottle of water that is 16oz or less.

DAYTIME SHUTTLE STOP LOCATIONS (8:00AM – 8:00PM):
  • Xfinity Fan Fair X (Music City Center): on 6th Ave South at Demonbreun
  • Bridgestone Arena Plaza: on Broadway between 5th Ave South and 6th Ave South
  • Walk of Fame Park / Fan Alley: on 4th Ave South next to Fan Alley at Demonbreun
  • Nissan Stadium: at the corner of Russell St and South 2nd St near Parking Lot A
NIGHTTIME SHUTTLE STOP LOCATIONS (8:00PM – 1:00AM):
  • Nissan Stadium at the corner of Russell St and South 2nd St near Parking Lot A
  • 2nd Ave North on the corner of Commerce St and 2nd Ave North

RIDESHARE SERVICES

Rideshare pick-up and drop-off is permitted at CMA Fest in the specific locations listed below.

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations: 24 Hours Per Day:
  • On Broadway: Between 6th Avenue South and 7th Avenue South on both sides of the street by the red bagged parking meters
  • On Korean Veterans Bridge: In the westbound right turn lane
  • On Korean Veterans Boulevard: Between 1st Avenue South and 8th Avenue South both sides of the street where signage indicates
  • On 3rd Avenue North: Between Broadway and Commerce Street on the northbound side only by the red bagged parking meters
  • On Commerce Street: Between 3rd Avenue North and 4th Avenue North on the eastbound side only by the red bagged parking meters
  • On 2nd Avenue North: Between Broadway and Church Street by the red bagged parking meters

Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations: 8 PM - 7 PM
  • On Broadway: Between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue in the designated pickup lane located on the eastbound side of the road (closest to Bridgestone Arena) as signage indicates
  • On 4th Avenue South: Between Broadway and Demonbreun Street on the southbound side only by the red bagged parking meters
  • Pick-Up & Drop-Off Locations: Nissan Stadium
Before the nightly concerts at Nissan Stadium:
  • (Southside of the stadium) On South 1st Street between the Korean Veterans Boulevard Bridge and the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge. Pickup/drop off areas will be located ONLY on the Northbound side of the road.
  • (Northside of the stadium) On Woodland Street between South 1st Street and South 2nd Street. Pickup/drop off areas will be located on the both sides of the road.
After the nightly concerts at Nissan Stadium:
  • (Southside of the stadium) In Parking Lot T located on South 1st Street at the bottom of the John Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge.
  • (Northside of the stadium) On Woodland Street between South 1st Street and South 2nd Street. Pickup/drop off areas will be located on the westbound side of the road.

SAFETY & MEDICAL

CMA makes every effort to create a safe environment on the Festival grounds, including the provision of public and private security and medical staff. If you require assistance, seek out the First Aid locations listed below, or look for a Festival Staff Member wearing an Event Staff shirt.

Daytime First Aid Locations:
  • 1st Avenue South: To the right of the Riverfront Park entrance
  • On Broadway at 3rd Avenue
  • Walk of Fame Park
  • Forever Country Park: Near the main entrance on 1st Avenue South
  • Fan Fair X (inside Music City Center): Level 3 next to Exhibit Hall B
Nighttime First Aid Locations:
  • Nissan Stadium: Main Concourse (Northeast and Northwest corners)
  • Ascend Amphitheater: West side of the venue near the concessions building.
